માત્ર બ્લેન્ક પેપર ઉપર સહી કરેલ હોવાનું સ્વીકાર કરવામાં આવેલ હોય તેથી ડોક્યુમેન્ટ તૈયાર કરેલ હોવાનું સ્વીકારેલ છે તેમ માની શકાય નહીં.

The defendants admitted only thumb marks on these documents and not that they had thumb marked after the documents were written out and the burden remained on the plaintiff to prove this fact. Reference may be made to the case of Thakur Lal v. Ram Adhar, (1968 All LJ 480) in which it was held that mere admission of putting signatures and thumb marks on a blank sheet of paper does not amount to an admission of execution. (para- 10)
